Privacy policy

How we handle information when you contact our Japan-based web studio. Communication is by email, in English.

Information we receive

We receive the email address and message you submit, plus any optional name, business details or website link. To understand how inquiries reach us, the form also includes the entry page, referring page and pages visited during the browser session. IP address, time, country or region and browser information may be processed for security and spam prevention.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, carry out work you request, and prevent spam or misuse. We do not use it for unrelated purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent except where required by law; the service providers described below process information needed to operate the site and email service.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes form requests. Resend delivers form notifications and acknowledgment emails. Our studio handles replies by email. Information you send is handled by our Japan-based business and these providers as needed for your inquiry.

Analytics and your choice

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site usage without analytics cookies. With your permission only, we also use Google Analytics to measure pages viewed, selected buttons, form starts and accepted inquiries. We do not send your name, email address, message or other form content to Google Analytics, and do not use it for personalized advertising.

Google Analytics does not run before you agree or when you decline. You can still browse and contact us. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Declining later stops future collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete data already sent. With JavaScript disabled, Google Analytics does not run.

We take appropriate measures to protect information from loss, disclosure and unauthorized access. We keep it only as long as needed for your inquiry, requested work and legal obligations, then delete it appropriately.
