Do we need a call or a video meeting?
No. All communication with HP Koumuten is by email, in English, including planning, questions, and feedback.
Are you based in the United States?
No. HP Koumuten is a Japan-based web studio. We work by email and do not present ourselves as a local US contractor or agency.
Is Pine & Brush a real customer?
No. It is a fictional business created as an independent sample. The images are illustrative, not a portfolio of client painting projects.
What should I include in my first email?
Your business name, trade, service area, and current website if you have one. A short description of what you would like to change is helpful too.
